In today’s episode we introduce a technique that is a sampling of what’ll be going even deeper into in our upcoming live class on March 15th: Semantic Sigil Alchemy: The Palimpsest Gate.
Palimpsest is a page that’s been written on, erased, and written on again. It contains the layers and ghost text, with old ink still haunting the fibers.
On old journal entry isn’t just “a memory.” It can be a spell that’s still running in the background that contains a belief, vow, trauma pattern, or survival strategy that your nervous system keeps pressing “play” on.
In this episode we walk you through the process to interrupt it and rewrite the contract and in the process harvest new power from the same ink.
Here’s what you need:
Your journal, either an existing paper journal or a printed page.
A pen.
A timer.
And one small object to act as a seal… like a coin, a ring, a stone, a key. Anything with a little weight and meaning.
